Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere. Within a 20 mile radius of Buffalo Grove the delivery/pick up fee is $120 for large orders and $60 for smaller orders. Delivery outside this radius is based on availability and a $4 per mile delivery/pick up fee will be applied.


Are you able to set-up all of the rental equipment?

Yes, depending on the location and amount of equipment we can accommodate your set-up needs for a fee. When submitting your quote request, please indicate you would like us to include the set-up fee.


When is final payment due?

We ask that final payments be made 14 days prior to your event. We are happy to bill after the event if any additional needs get added after that.


What is your cancelation policy?

You can cancel up to a week in advance to receive a partial refund. The 30% deposit is non-refundable.


How do I get an estimate for my event?

You can submit a request to receive a quote via the electronic form under Contact Us. Your rental equipment and date are NOT reserved until we receive your deposit.


How much of a deposit is required for a reservation?

We ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit.


Can I modify my existing reservation?

Absolutely! Two weeks prior to your event we will call to go over the final details and we ask that changes be limited to minor adjustments. Final counts need to be given no later than 7 days before the event.


How far in advance should I make my reservation?

The sooner the better! We do ask that your venue be confirmed when making your event equipment reservation or else delivery fee may adjust accordingly.
